Born in Blakeney, I came to Fakenham in 1970 and was a GP here for over 30 years. I was active in the development of the medical practice and served as a member on several health authorities. On full retirement I joined the Town Council in 2013. As the Council’s powers are limited to managing its own estate and the Thursday Market, my aim is to influence other organisations, such as North Norfolk District Council and Norfolk County Council, to promote Fakenham’s best interests and to support the Town Council’s work.
